Important Notice on Artwork Purchases: When you purchase a physical print, zine, or merchandise from us, you are purchasing the physical item only. No transfer of copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial utilization rights is granted with your purchase. You may not scan, digitally reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, resell, or exploit any artwork or portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Our focus is on delivering a premium experience. Because our prints and zines are often limited or made-to-order, all sales are generally final.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@oterawat.com with clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the packaging. Refunds, returns, or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall O Terawat, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
