What shipping courier do you use, and why?

We ship via DHL Express for all international orders and Thailand Post for local deliveries within Thailand. This combination allows us to provide the most reasonable rates while ensuring your artwork travels safely, quickly, and arrives in perfect condition with reliable tracking every step of the way.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for packing, handling, and the artist’s signing process before shipment. As soon as your print is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the recipient’s destination and the total weight/dimensions of the package, determined by our shipping partners.

What currency do you accept?

All prices and transactions on our website are processed strictly in USD.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Due to the custom nature of our prints and the immediate initiation of the fulfillment and signing process, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, or refunds. We highly recommend reviewing your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

How are the prints packaged for transit?

We take exceptional care to protect your artwork based on its edition type:

• Open Edition Prints: Shipped flat in rigid, heavy-duty protective mailers.
• Collector’s Edition Prints: Carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes.
• Mixed Size Orders: If you order multiple sizes together, they will be shipped together in a flat, premium package to ensure they remain perfectly flat and ready for immediate framing.

What should I do if my print arrives bent or damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your package is bent, creased, or damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@oterawat.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please include your order number along with photographic proof of the damage (both the artwork and the packaging). Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement for you.

What is a Custom Print Order?

If you are looking for a specific artwork or illustration that is not currently featured in our online store, we offer a bespoke printing service. Please note that works designated as Sold Out are strictly limited and cannot be reproduced.

If you are interested in a custom piece, please email us at info@oterawat.com with the following details:

• Specifications: Custom orders are available exclusively in Collector’s Edition specifications at a fixed rate of USD 600. Open Edition prints are not eligible for custom ordering.
• Timeline: Because each piece is prepared and handled individually, please allow 7 to 10 business days for custom print production, handling, and artist authentication prior to shipment.
• Shipping & Delivery: Please include your full name, phone number, and shipping address in your email so we can calculate the shipping fee for your review before you commit to the purchase.
• Confirmation & Payment: Upon receiving your request and address, we will confirm the order details and provide secure payment guidelines via email. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a final order confirmation, followed by a tracking number as soon as your artwork ships.

Do you have a physical storefront or gallery space?

We do not operate a public storefront or gallery, as the artist runs a creative design studio alongside his illustration practice. For any inquiries, special requests, or collaborations, please feel free to reach out to us at info@oterawat.com.
